Our house is located in Schaller and approximately 3 km from Neustift and became the National Association of Private and apartment rental in Tyrol with 3 Edelweiss excellent. Very close by are several grocery stores, ski and snowboard rentals, as well as numerous restaurants mitguter civil and international cuisine. The bus stop is about 150 meters from the house. The buses will take charge in the ski resorts in winter (Stubai Glacier 15 km, Elfer 3 km, Schlick 2000 8 km, High Serles 12 km) and in the evening, the highway takes you into the bus free bars and restaurants. The cross-country as well as our beautiful promenade leading directly past the house. We have enough parking! Our guests have also a storage room for skis and boots with a boot dryer.

• The starting point is Austria - Tyrol - Innsbruck (see map below)

• take the A13 motorway towards Brenner

• Europe after the bridge proceed in Schoenberg at the exit "Stubaital" from the highway.

• Do not drive on the highway to Neustift, below the church, passing in the direction of the Stubai glacier

• After 3 km you reach the town of Schaller and almost see the end of the village on the left side of the house Laundry
